Training: Cambridge College of Arts and the Guildford School of Music. He also participated in the Shakespeare workshops at the National Theatre Studio, led by Sir Peter Hall and John Barton CBE.

Theatre credits include: All About Eve (Noel Coward Theatre); National tours of Les Liaisons Dangereuses, The Wind in the Willows and The Accidental Death of An Anarchist (Torch Theatre and national tour); Frankenstein (Exeter Rep); Hamlet (The King’s Head Theatre and Feste); Twelfth Night (Exeter Rep). Other Shakespeare roles performed in Oxford and Cambridge include: Richard in Richard III, Iago in Othello, Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Roderigo in Othello.

Regional theatre credits include: Godspell; Billy; Bernstein’s Candide; 42nd Street; Merlin’s Apprentice; The Canterville Ghost (Rome and Milan). He has worked as an actor with the Royal Opera in Nabucco with Placido Domingo and also with the Bolshoi and Mariinsky ballet companies.
